Oh, I seriously doubt that the Divine had ANY idea of Corypheus's existence. That doesn't seem to fit with anything in the rest of the game, given how no one gives even the slightest indication of Corypheus until he attacks Haven. Likewise, Corypheus is totally the type to bring up the idea of 'the voice of the false god' inviting him to '[his] own ascension to godhood,' so the fact that he doesn't seems to indicate that the Divine had no idea who he was, which is why I'm pretty much entirely convinced she's referring to the Wardens with the 'you of all people' comment.
I mean, future DLC could retcon it, but as it is currently, it doesn't seem to fit the facts that Justinia had even clandestinely invited Corypheus. MAYBE, at most, she invited the Wardens, but she seems unlikely to have known that Corypheus was controlling them.
