So I just found all blade pieces in the elven tomb and I read that I need to take them to Dagna to repair in the undercroft!!

However it's only the guy down there as I have neever seen or heard about Dagna!

Anyone know how I can recruit her or get her to appear? (Unless shes in a different room)

You need to run a mission "Recruit the Arcanist" from the war table to get her there. She should show up then
