I am one of those folks still waiting for their game to arrive in the mail, but before it gets here I wanted to ask a few questions:

1) Can you import a saved game to ME2 if you don't currently have ME1 installed? I currently have ME1 installed, but if I can save some hard drive space (which is getting very tight with all of Bioware's games), then I'd love to take this off to make room for ME2 and still keep a good amount of space for other games/projects.

2) Is there any difference in importing a level 50 character vs. a level 60 character? Do you get more stuff (weapons, skills, etc.; though please only answer yes or no since this is a no spoiler zone)? I was just wondering because my first play through of the game was a "completionist" playthrough and although I'm part way through my 2nd playthrough a piece of me just wants to jump into ME2 when it arrives with my 50th level character.
