A few questions on Vitaars

Hi everyone!

I was wondering, is there a way to craft Vitaars? Cause they seems quite underpowered compared to standard helms.

Also, if not, where can I find some good ones? I'm stuck with a damage 11 one from ages and I can't really find anything better....

I found a crapton of Vitaars while I was using a human male, now that I'm a Qunari I find only very low level ones...

I'm playing a Qunari mage and I've only swapped out Vitasrs like three times so far.

don't worry, they all look crappy anyway even Arishok's Vitaar(Unique) isn't that great as it sounds...
