So I'm trying to get my superior armor schmatics. I have the short list perk and I check the hissing wastes merchant once a day and nothing updates. Any tips or ideas to get this armor? I've also been farming chests for a while with no success on a single superior armor schmatic.
There must be some way to update this list.

Not for Schematics,
Best hope is to farm the Cradle of Suliven without emptying any chest, so it resets. It will take a long time.
