I'm trying to complete the wycome and clan lavellan operations to get the last hart mount but I completed the operation 'Break Venatori Hold on Wycome' and the quest line didn't continue.

 

I used Joesphine and got Lady Guinevere killed :/ oops. Does it end the storyline or is the scripting somehow messed up? I know there's two more quests after this. 

 

Anyone else?

I believe you need to use Leliana on "Break Venatori Hold on Wycome" so that she'll assassinate someone and then her again until the operation opens up in which Cullen will fortify Wycome if you choose him.
