Blackwall's a boring a hell character, whereas Cullen is the only normal male to romance. I don't want Cullen to change, but I'm just saying no one likes Blackwall.

Actually theres quite alot of people that like him on Tumblr.  He makes me very angry so I won't be trying to romance for awhile but he does have a following.  They are not as vocal here.

Blackwall is my favorite LI, I'd be even more frustrated if he was originally bisexual so na na na etc :P

Cullen should have flirted with the male mage then in Origins.  No its definitely not wrong to ask for things but there are people here with an eye for eye mentality who like to make other people feel miserable.

Cullen is fine the way he is. If outside modders want to make him Bi...fine.  Its selfish for people to change any characters sexuality.

Kaidan and Anders..

The thing is that I don't think Cullen is being changed to bi but that he is bi since he's m/m content seems to be cut off because devs didn't have time to animate it.

A lot of people have used the 'they get both genders to voice the lines just in case' argument. That could have worked in ME1 when romances were not as big and dialogue tended to be containted to Shepard and their Love Interest but DA:I has Cassandra and Dorian with voiced lines reacting to a male inqusitor trying to romance them while being involved with Cullen. There is no reason why Dorian who is a gay exclusive romance would be saying the Inquisitor has to break up with Cullen first, it's something you could only hear as a male inquisitor who is romancing Cullen. Same goes for Cassandra.

But have any other lines been found? If not, then there is no evidence to suggest the content was cut super late in development as opposed to having some bare bones laid out then leaving it be.

I  have heard final romance lines for Cullen's and male Inquisitors romance. They were linked somewhere in the beginning of this thread..

Yes, of course!  KISA's for ALL!

(I do tend to get tunnel vision for my m/m KISA.  I'm going to warn you, I will play dirty to get him.  I will pull out the "I'm not here to make friends...." line if need be.  Be warned!)

Agreed a straight female KISA and Robin Hood would make my day.

I listened as well, but what I'm saying is that so far those are the only ones found, meaning if there aren't too many more, then they never got too far in development.

The uploader of the sound clips is still commenting on the Mqusitor and Cullen thing but hasn't said if they are still looking. The clips (and therefore their tumblr) are in my first post, if you have a tumblr you can ask them if they are still looking in the games files.

Bare in mind that it isn't as easy like it was in ME1 or DA2, in those games you can do gender edits which allows you to hear the same sex (or opposite sex) dialogue in-game. Actually mining a games files for locked content is much harder, probably a lot more on frostbyte. Kotor 2's restoration content mod comes to mind. The game has sooooooooooooooooo much cut content still in the games files, but actually trying to mine it out and make it usable is a pain even for such an old game.

For all we know there could every single bit of dialogue for a romance between Mqusitor and Cullen for the whole game still in the files, all the way down to how Cullen thinks the inqusitors ding-dong tastes good. Idk. Just commenting that it could be a while.

I've been looking through the assets for texture files for modding, and it's a pain in the butt at this stage. A lot of the files are difficult to locate and in confusing places, and they literally just developed the audio extraction tools like....2 days ago, I want to say? It's definitely not at the stage where we "know" everything thats in there.

...I did find a test folder with a bunch of files named "nugsplosion" in them though, which made me laugh and THEN FROWN DISAPPROVINGLY LEAVE NUGS ALONE

Except that is the case, Bioware basically does it every game

No, they don't. Lukas posted about this awhile ago in the Sera thread.

They used to record both genders because their audio production process was not very well thought out, and they never coded which lines were for F! or M! Shep. They don't do that anymore. It is not cost efficient at all.

I had no idea this was a thing. It'd be nice to have the option.

I wish I could leave the nugs alone, but my companions seem intent on killing the wildlife and won't stop even when I tell them to D:

Do you consider Cassandra a straight lady KISA? I would and I'm totally jealous of the straight guys for getting her. Sera, while not straight, kind of has that Robin Hood thing going as well. I'd support a Robin Hood-esque lady showing up in the next game. Sounds fun!

I mostly took that as referring to Sera, because this Cullen information can be seen as the opposite of what Lukas said

He was talking about ME1 tho and how their entire process had changed since then. It was to specifically reassure people that male lines had NOT been recorded for Sera, as they would only do that if she was a planned LI for men. So that means that Cullen was at one point.

And they decided not to at some point, but still could have recorded lines before cutting them

Well, that much is obvious. However, there was one Bioware employee stating it was only due to time constraints, so that implies it wasn't a character decision. It's impossible to know for sure though. Anyway, the point is, they have changed that process so the "just in case" argument doesn't hold much weight to me, shrug.

You mean that protected ex-employee twitter? I'm taking that with a grain of salt because no other dev is commenting on it
