Not the only one, but I know Andraste_Reborn is a big dwarf fan.   We've chatted about our love of the race in the past.

Yes, soooo much better than the "orangutan" look on dwarven women in DA:O. I could never bring myself to play a dwarf in that game (even with the mods), despite how much I wanted to since I loved Aimo's art with her Lady Aeducan!

My elven beauties don't eat such thrash. I can imagine them pouring water on lettuce, drinking from it and delicately biting in while holding it with slim fingers like a bunny-squirrel.

The only thing that matters to me is that I'm not sad. I value beauty immensely. I have never said it is 'all', but most definately I value it high.

It was in this thread.  It was a response to a tweet that made it clear that they weren't going to implement it.  It said something like (in response to why that content wasn't getting added back in): for the same reasons as the first time.  It certainly clear up why the content was dropped the first time, but it seemed pretty clear that they weren't adding it.  I went back about 15 pages in the thread and couldn't find it.  But it's definitely here somewhere.

I think that the insinuation is that if you could find a repulsive hulking beast like She-Hulk attractive, then you couldn't possibly be a reputable, reliable source about the attractiveness of those hideous squat dwarf women.......
