We still don't know what the reason was, DG never really confirmed if it was for resources.

Or the GaymerX comment was suggesting Cullen

That GaymerX thing does not confirm by name that it's Cullen even if we can suspect heavily on that... Well, at least it's been confirmed that this content won't be returning. I'm sorry for everyone, my sympathy.

 

Let's hope for mod. It had started to gone out (like that amazing Skyhold PJ recolour). People had repeatedly said that mod is difficult but so has the last 10000 inventions.

Yeah, it might be a combination of the two.  I guess it doesn't really matter why.  The big, positive, take-away for me is that they tried to implement a bisexual male KISA, so they are not opposed to it.  Now, we wait and see if they can get it right for the next game.

Recolor mods were kinda a given because Battlefield had something similar

I just pulled up my task manager and it looks like CheatEngine is using next to nothing. Did you try the "non-installed" version? That's the one I use.
