I turned the mosaic locations into videos.  So here are videos for all of the mosaic collection pieces for The Fall, The Archdemon, Sacrifice, Freed Are Slaves, and Invasion in Dragon Age Inquisition.  Thought this might make tracking them down easier.  There are also links below each section that will help you track down your missing pieces.

Yeah wasn't sure if someone was still "administering" the list here or not, so I figured I post it for anyone who was still trying to track these down.  I'll get the last piece of The Fall added as soon as it shows up in the game.

Excellent. I'll add these to the original post. This is lovely. Thank you so much for all of your effort.

Additionally, sorry for being absent the last few days. I was taking time off for the holidays.

Thank you for the effort of putting together the initial lists.  I'm just more of a visual person myself, so I figured there had to be other people out there that would find them helpful.

I understand that completely. I've never done screenshots or in-game videos, and my computer is barely capable of playing DAI as it is, so I appreciate the assistance whenever it's offered. If you end up with anymore videos, please let me know and I'll edit the list to add them.

Here are some more Dark.

Videos for Elemental and Non-Elemental Rune Schematics

The way elemental rune schematics work is based on a "tiering" system where you find them in order. The first one you find will always be the regular one, the next will always be the master one, etc.  For example, if I have already found the Fire Rune, then the next one I pick up will be a Master Fire Rune.  You cannot skip a tier on the elemental runes.  When it comes to the non-elemental runes though, you can absolutely skip ahead.  For example, you do not need to find the Dragon-Slaying rune schematic or the Master version to get the Superb Dragon-Slaying rune schematic.

I really hope this helps!

Thanks! I obviously didn't have the locations for the non-elemental runes, so that was even more helpful than usual!

Nursery seeds: (^ denotes earliest obtainable, ° most common)

Common:

1. Arbor Blessing: Emprise du Lion^, Arbor Wilds°

2. Blood Lotus: The Fallow Mire ^°

3. Deathroot*: The Western Approach^°

4. Deep Mushroom: The Hinterlands^, The Forbidden Oasis^ (the spider mine), Crestwood°

5. Elfroot: The Hinterlands^°

6. Embrium: The Hinterlands^ (southwest side of map)

7. Rashvine: Exalted Plains^, Emerald graves°

8. Spindleweed: The Storm Coast^°

9. Vandal Aria: The Western Approach^ (Coravacus), The Hissing Wastes°

Rare:

10. Amrita Vein: The Hissing Wastes^° (around Logging Camp and/or Canyon Camp)

11. Black Lotus: The Storm Coast ^° (Lyrium Falls earliest, Red Templar Hide-out most common)

12. Dawn Lotus: The Fallow Mire ^° (en route to Granite Point)

13. Dragonthorn: The Forbidden Oasis ^° (eastern side, following the upper pathways)

14. Felandaris: Emprise du Lion^° (earliest just north of lake tower, near the Logging stand, commonly found near the eastern world exit past the bridge)

15. Ghoul's Beard: The Western Approach ^° (Sand Rock Mine)

16. Prophet's Laurel: The Storm Coast^ (Lyrium Falls), The Emerald Graves ° (Around Gracevine Camp)

17. Rashvine Nettle: The Exalted Plains^ (One can be found in Riel: W of Andruil's Messenger, NE of Lindinarnae's Fall, SE of Riverwatch Camp), The Emerald Graves°

18. Royal Elfroot: The Hinterlands ^° (Earliest: Behind a house SW of Outskirts Camp, Most common: Dusklight Camp past the nearby cave)

19. Witherstalk: The Forbidden Oasis ^° (Either: Near The Marker, near the Corrupter spider mine)

* Deathroot may currently be bugged and not give out seeds.

Addenda:

- I only listed the locations that mattered. Elfroot can be found near everywhere, as can a few others.

- Earliest is realistically spoken. Haven has Elfroot but you can't get seeds until after Skyhold, Felandaris can be found in a few high-level pockets of The Emerald Graves but you'd realistically have the power to go Emprise du Lion by then.

- 'Crystal Grace' doesn't have seeds at all. Don't bother trying for them, either. It's not bugged, it literally does not list under rare seeds.

Nice job with the seeds and thrones. One note: there is plenty of blood lotus in the Hinterlands up near Lake Luthias as well, if people would rather not deal with Fallow Mire.

If you're interested, I finally cataloged all of Solas's elven artifacts and made a comprehensive post showing where they all are and how to get to them (a bit like a photo guide... all screenshots, not video).

... and here are the Banners, Dark.

The first video in the list goes over how the banners collection works, what the difference between banners and crowns are, why you'll find two duplicate banner items, and few banner crowns along with one banner that you get by performing some action in Dragon Age Inquisition like upgrading Skyhold or turning in a quest.  The rest of the videos that follow will show you how to hunt down the rest of the banners that you need to finish off the collection.

Fabulous! Y'all are really sending me some great stuff. I've added all of this to the original post. Hopefully we can completely fill this out before too much longer. Anyone with information on Song Lyrics, Skyhold upgrades, or potion recipe locations not already listed would be loved beyond belief for posting said info. If people want information on things I haven't already posted or asked for, please comment and I'll see what I can do.

There is a bit of work involved in pinpointing these and I keep them under the "unique items" classification.  As such below is the list of all of them and a link to the master spreadsheet of unique items in the game and specifically to the tab for the Recipes.  There you'll find the necessary details on obtaining each along with any relevant details, screenshots and/or videos where they were necessary.

Potions, Grenades and Tonic Recipes (How To Find Them)

  • Antivan Fire Grenade Recipe
  • Cold Resistance Tonic Recipe
  • Confusion Grenade Recipe
  • Fire Resistance Tonic Recipe
  • Healing Mist Grenade Recipe
  • Jar of Bees Grenade Recipe
  • Lightning Resistance Tonic Recipe
  • Lyrium Potion Recipe

Quick, you are made of so much awesome I don't even know how to handle it. This is a lifesaver! The candy, the aquatic inflatable, and the metaphor! I'm far too tired to input this tonight, but I'll get it done sometime tomorrow or Thursday. You've made this whole experience so much easier than it could have been. Thank you.

The Mosaic piece outside the Veilfire cave is easily reachable without taking any damage, all you need to do is "mount-up" at the cave entrance, and jump up onto that first ledge, walk around the corner and hopefully you should just land where you need to go, as you need your mount for the climb anyways, this just simplifies it.

Just a quick question about the last piece that's unreachable..............Where is it?

It is inside a wall over in Wolf Hollow.  Currently it is unreachable.  We are all hoping for a fix for it in the next patch.  There is an LENGTHY THREAD on this topic here.
