So, right after the cutscene where Morrigan shows u the blue portal and what's behind it(forgot it's name) you are supposed to go back to the war table and accept the war plans, but in my game there's nothing on the map with green rift over it. I've been trying to talk with every advisor but it didn't help. Has anyone experienced the same problem? I can't continue with the story because of it..

Do you have enough power? I think I had this issue as well, but the rift and such showed up on the map once I had enough power saved up.

That may be the case because i'm at 21 power atm, but still it should be visible on the map but unavaiable without enough power so it's not so confusing.. Thanks for your help.

Apparently it shows up on the map if you have 40 power
