I can't figure this one out, guys. I've been wondering if there is a better way to control my mage telegraphs and where I want to put them. They tend to get stuck behind things a lot and camera locking them a certain way. I also can't get them to go to another higher level surface.   I've read a little pop up in game that said something about tapping R3 on xbox one, (right stick in) but it didn't do anything. Is there something I don't know or am I just going to have to deal with it?

Would really like to know. I can't find anything searching for it. Bump.

If you're talking combat wise, you can use Tac cam ( select ) to position each member where you want them.

I'm talking about the mage abilities. The telegraph (little circular image you move around) will get stuck, lock up and you can't get it to move to enemies that are on a higher level platform, by that I mean they're standing on the roof of a building or something and you can't get your spell to go up there, because it just stops at the side of the building and won't move up.

Yeah a common problem. So many times dudes have been on a roof or ledge and you can't get at them in tac cam. I have no solution other than rage.

Yeah, I was afraid of that, hopefully someone knows something that might help though.

If enemies are within a certain range, tapping R3 like you said ought to cycle between them. That's the easiest way I found to jump to their level, though it doesn't help if you're trying to attack from as far as technically possible. When there's a ladder you can also tap a button to make the cursor 'climb' the ladder.
