Sorry if this is a known issue: I couldn't find a post about it but perhaps it's lost in the posts about the original syncing issues.
I did have all my DA:O characters successfully synced in the Keep, and assigned to saved world states. However, when I logged in today to choose a new state to start a new DA:I game with, I noticed that all my saved world states seem to have reverted to the default name and portrait for the characters with the same class/race/gender as my custom ones.
When I tried to reselect the right DA:O hero in the tapestry, all my custom DA:O heroes had vanished. I tried re-running the startup process, and it now says no custom DA:O characters can be found.
Has anyone else noticed this? Has something changed with a recent release?
