I just wanted to say one thing. In my main playthrough (which I'm still working on) something happened which I think should lead to a different option in the war table mission "Reparations for Redcliffe." There should be a fourth option available, or an autocomplete, which consists of a report from the Inquisitor herself--probably rewritten by Josephine to be more diplomatic before it's sent to the Arl, but here is the rough draft of what I think it should say.

Killed.
Your.
Mother.
----ing.
DRAGON.
Biatch.
Reparations MADE.
You're welcome.
That should seriously be an option. Either that, or you should get an autocomplete with the Arl saying a more flowery version of, "Well, I was gonna ask for money, but you killed the dragon that was murdering my people and made it possible for Redcliffe's laborers to prosper again, so let's call it even."
'Cause seriously. A DRAGON.
This is the kind of thing that makes it feel more like a living world, when the game records the awesome stuff you do and makes people sit up and take notice. So I think it's a good idea for a future patch.
