I have unlocked nearly all Achievements there are in this game, the only few left are pretty self explanatory (Botanist, Master Alchemist, Marked for Greatness).
Well, except for the Keymaster, which I have no clue about what is to be done. Normally I only care about entering the Frost door from the Shards Temple, since it is the one with the best loot. It has been widely said that one cannot open the three doors all the way to the end, so I never bothered about them. But what exactly is required to get the achievement done?

Has it been said? I was able to finish all three doors after I collected all the shards. And that is how you get the achievement, yes.

Thank you! Honestly, unless I have gone crazy (due to the lack of sleep since DAI came out...), I think I read here on the forums that you can't unlock all the doors.
Anyway, I see that I have some tedious Shard hunting to do now...

You probably got it confused with Wicked Eyes and Wicked Heart. There are only 11 Halla statuettes, and they are not enough to open all the doors.

Of all the collectibles the shards are the most worthwhile in terms of buffs and drops.
