I can't speak to any of the elves in the exalted plains. I have the option to press A to start a conversation, but no dialogue options show up. The NPC will say its initial thing and then stand there as though it's chatting with me, but the dialogue menu never opens and the option to click A to talk is then gone. Is there a way I can fix this? I'm playing a Dalish elf and was excited when I found them to do their quests 
This is on Xbox360 if it makes any difference.

Did you save the elves getting attacked by wolves or something? Its not far from the first camp, down the road. You will get a quest from one of them to talk to the keeper, and that triggers their quests and such.
