Wow. That will work 100 times better imo.

More interesting and much more personal story.

Would love to see Hawke as a inquisitor, especially after events in DA 2.

It is not possible, and it couldn't be done. Not everyone has a surviving Warden, so we're right back where we started. Everyone had a surviving Hawke, they couldn't die at the end of their story, no matter what.

Yes they could. You could lose in your fight against Meredith and the game would be over.

Plus, when has bringing back a dead character ever been a problem for Bioware? They did it for Leiliana.

And I wholeheartedly agree with the OP. Hawke should have been used during the part of the game that actually related back to the main thrust of DA2, the mage/templar war.

we'll just have to face it that the Warden will only be mentioned and that's about it. Same fate with Shepard, we'll never see him again, only hear that he stopped the reapers and picked Red.

You totally did, don't you remember?

I remember talking you out of joining the army and fighting the bad guys with firearms, but I most distinctly remember choosing NOT to shove a gun in your face. In fact choosing the option that didn't result in shoving a gun in your face was the very reason why I made the choice I did.
