Just as I thought, no lifting videos yet he trashes my lifts as weak.  I imagine TheBunz saw pictures of Zyzz on the internet and just started lifting about 6 months ago.  His routine probably costs of half rep bench press, quarter squats, and bicep curls in the squat rack

Well here is a video of me deadlifting 360 lbs for 5 reps.  This was a year ago though and I can deadlift more.  My 1 RM max for the deadlift is 435 which is pretty good considering I weigh 175.



I'm above-average strength but I also have skills in hand to hand combat, wrestling, stealth, and sword fighting during my studies abroad in Eurasia.  The same can't be said for most lifters.

 

 

Say, why are you using that kind of bar to deadlift anyway? I don't think my old gym even had those things and my trainer didn't think highly of them either. Be a man and use a straight bar you pantywaist.

Hey, don't diss the trap bar homie!  Puts much more emphasis on the hips compared to the barbell and doing nothing but barbell deadlifts gets boring anyways.

Lol I've been lifting much longer than you with that low level deadlift that you are so proud of. Im bigger than you. My arms are stronger than your legs, bigger too. Add to your list f cosmetic defects.

Here is what I think are the biggest cosmetic defects in men in no particular order.

1. Hair loss-Guys, we have two FDA approved treatments that work; finasteride and minoxidil.  There is no excuse to be bald these days unless you're an old dude who went bald before these treatments were on the market.  No, you don't look like Jason Statham or Vin Diesel, you look like Billy Corgan, Moby, or a cancer patient.  Stop being lazy and actually get on treatment if you have the hair loss gene.  If you get side effects from finasteride, then use RU-58841.  Only about 0.1 percent of men are able to effectively pull off the bald look and even they would look better if they still had hair.

 

Naw, most of those hair treatments look like utter shi* and you can spot them a mile away.  The key thing is not shave the head, it's making sure you are consitent about the head shave.

2. Bad teeth-Brush your teeth, floss, get braces if you need them and stop smoking and drinking Mountain Dew all day.  Nothing is more disgusting than rotting, crooked teeth.

 

Mountain Dew?  Coffee is probably worse.  But for all of the above you need a ....."Dental plan!  Lisa needs braces...dental plan!  Lisa needs braces...Dental plan!..lisa needs braces.

3. Acne-Get this under control with Retin-A or accutane if necessary.  What is even worse than acne are acne-scars; get acne-scars and its game over for women.

 

Usually a teen thing but this one does go along with your points below about big upper body and such...get off th roids son!

4. Having a developed upper body and really skinny legs.  Stop thinking legs don't matter when you lift, you look incredibly stupid with your muscular torso and chicken legs.  Stop skipping leg day and when you squat make sure your squat is actually a squat and not a curtsy, that means the crease of the hip has to go below the knee.

 

This is true enough, see it often.  Most of the time like other bodyshaping  and training you are at the behest of genetics though.

5. Dumbo ears-Really stupid looking and correcting it is a very simple surgical procedure.  Your parents should of paid for this surgery when you were still a kid but there is no excuse any longer for you to have these stupid looking ears.

 

I use duct tape, one wrap usually does a good job of keeping the ears in tight.

6. Wide hips and fat thighs-makes you look feminine.

 

Too lean chicken legs or fat thighs?  We talking people of fowl?

7. Really huge dorky Adams apple-get a tracheal shave, it looks stupid watching it bob up and down when you chuckle.

 

There is such a thing as a trachial shave?  But if I get one and still have fat thighs and legs I'll look even more like a girl!

8. Crappy posture, rounded shoulders, forward neck.  I know you love gaming but stop hunching over all day and actually get some exercise.  When you go to the gym don't just do bench press and bicep curls for upper body, make sure you do some pulling exercises so you have good posture.

 

Actual weight training will have almost nothinhg to do with posture.  You can work your lats and other part of your back and shoulders all you want and still be a sloucher.

9. Poverty facial hair-if you can't grow good facial hair its not for you, stay clean shaven.

 

Naw, actually the chicks dig the fine stubble even more than nothing or the full beard  (which takes extra maintenance.)

10. weak jaw-makes you look beta.

 

Better to be a beta than a gamma.

11. Being short-Alpha height is 6'2.  If you're under 5'10 that is bad, if you're under 5'8 that is really bad, if you're 5'6 or shorter then that is just pathetic.

 

This is true, I'm 5'8" and 1/2.  Size as in height does matter very much in our society, whether it should or not.  You did not suggest a remedy for this one.  And don't cop out and say lifts.

Squat (high bar, or safety bar, at least 325 lbs ass to grass, no quarter squats)

Bench Press (285 lbs full range of motion).

Until then, you're nothing but a bunch of hot hair and your mediocre phyisque doesn't impress me.  I don't even train for size and I still have more muscle than you.

By all means do so, I'm not talking about your bicep curls, shoulder shrugs, upright rows and other crap lifts you got from muscle and fitness.  Show me your bench, squat, and dead.

You going to admit your gear use Bunz?  Or are you going to tell me that after that post you dropped all ideas about ever using steroids again?

In any case, I'm skeptical you could outlift me even on gear.
