im trying to finish every inner circle quest but i've encountered a bug with the Before the dawn (cullen's quest), im at the part where i need to find samson's weakness but it when i try to start the war table operation it says busy, all advisors are available btw

I hope you didn't have Cullen start taking lyrium again. That bugged out on me when I did too.
