Surprisingly at least the batarians have such nice manners! (In MP anyway).

The AWCs are awesome, but they're so creepily silent, they're like the big headed kids with glasses who got bullied in high school, but now they've become one of the most powerful sons of bitches.

Vorcha are so dumb, that they're entertaing and funny as ****. (Also powerful).

The geth are fine, the Juggy however feels like your big "slow" (yes, slow in the head too) nephew from Idaho.
