If Hawke dies can I still do Varric's character quest. I don't want to miss it. I heard Balckwall's can't be done if the wardens are vanished is that true too?

I banished the wardens and still got blackwalls final quest. Just collect the warden items maybe have him along for a cpl.

You cant do blackwalls quest if you banish him along with the wardens.

I don't think you can banish him at adamant, I remember him asking "what about me"? And the inquisitor says something like "you will stay and serve the inquisition, you didn't participate in this".
