Why would there be no Qunari Grey Wardens? Surely one who abandoned the Qun, or was raised outside it, which there seems to be plenty of, would make a most excellent Grey Warden and have a favorable chance of surviving the Joining.
Since Ogres are birthed by Qunari women who've been mutated into broodmothers, there are clearly some Qunari out there who've suffered their share of misfortune from the spawn... there surely would be at least a few among them who would want revenge, and be willing to become Wardens.
After all, you'd think they'd be just a little bit ticked off about freakin' ogres raping their women. For what it's worth, I really hope Qunari (and ogres) don't have horns when they're first born...
Maybe the spawn made it to the old Qunari homeland (the one Thedas's Qunari lost contact with), and so somewhere is a continent populated by nothing but ogres...
