I thought this would be a great idea for us people that like crafting their own weapons and armors.What names have you come up with? Share your creativity with others. You can mention the name, the weapon or armor (stats if you like), and who's using it.
I made a Dwarven longsword named " Paragons Edge", Anderfels Cleaver for Iron Bull named "Arishok's Cleaver", Serpent Axe for Cassandra named "Divinity", Spiked Longbow for Sera named " Tears of Red Jenny". Those are just a few, I'd like to see what you guys came up with.

Eh whether it be in Skyrim or DAI, I name my crafted things based on their stats. I made a tanking sword that gave guard on hit and called it Dragon Sword of Guarding. Not very fancy I'll grant you, but I like to know what the thing does at a glance, especially if I have more than one.

I have daggers name Law and Order.

 

I made a new set (with +50 cleansing rune on both) named Purification and Redemption.

 

I made a bow for Sera and named it "Sera's Joke", and the handle "Get it? :)"

 

Made a shield for Blackwall named Black Wall (and yes, it is black )

 

Made an ice staff named "Vivienne's Shoulder" (cold shoulder...heh).

I only name items that can be used by my Inquisitor. My greatswords are named "The Urban Achiever Mark____insert iteration number____", greataxes "Hack 'n' Hack Mark____insert iteration number____", mauls "The Decider ____insert iteration number____". My armour names vary. So far, I've had: "Ma Warriors B Pimpin", "Retinal Carnage", "Nobody Puts BB in the Corner", "Damn That's Shiny", "Damn That's Yellow", "Sale at Kmart", "Killing me Softly", "Pleather Hero", "Lady in WTF", and "David Hasselhoff". I'm definitely forgetting some.

I made a greatsword for my Inquisitor, called it "Writ of the Blessed" but my favorite so far has to be the bow I made for Sera, decided to be a total idiot and name it "Bianca Beta"

My enchanter named Tim wields a staff called Holy Hand Grenade.

Cassandra's Complex ____ So it could be Vassandras complex Axe or Shield or sword etc

Varrics Aircon for a fire resistant coat for.Varric.

A Walking bomb staff was called Electrical staff of bomb.

I make character appropriate gear. So a mage coat e.g. will be the Inquisitor's battle gear. Hilarity ensues when Dorian wears it later.

I name every sword I craft for Blackwell "Pokey".

I'm completely unimaginative so I name every thing "Dorian's armor", "Dorian's Staff", "Sera's Bow". I did make my Inquistor dat hat and named it "Pimp Hat".

I'm romancing Sera, so I crafted her two daggers and named them Honey Tongue and Pinky Stomper after memorable snippets of her amorous dialogue.

I just made Sera a new piece of armor ( if you guys are familiar with the hobbit) named " Thief in the Shadows" I've seen some very creative names so far :-)

That was like 60% of the reason for the name.

I named one of Sera's bows "Red Jenny's Knuckle" because sword grip on a bow.

 

I also named all of Blackwall's gear

Oh, I also called Bull's Armor "The Iron Pants" because I KNOW he would.
