A DoT? big deal, everything dies so quickly what is a DoT going to do. Don't just fix it and have it do mediocre damage.. bleed is still next to useless...
How about having bleed stack and having each bleed stack do incrementally more damage? Or having Bleed do max % HP damage (diminished against bosses)?
What I'm getting at is find a way to make Bleed unique rather than just *some DoT damage but really you wanted attack instead*.
