Hey guys I seem to be suffering from a slight case of amnesia.
I pre-ordered Mass Effect 2 a few months ago, and today when I picked up my copy, I was asked to pay for the game, which I THOUGHT I did already.
I remember paying the deposit but Im not sure if I payed for the game right then and there. If I did I would have paid cash. (Thats just how I roll)
It was also my first time pre-ordering ANYTHING, so I was kind of overwhelmed at the time, and so was I a little bit when I picked it up.
Could someone tell me how pre-order payments work? Can you even pay for the game in advance?
Sorry for being an idiot guys, its been gnawing at me since I got back home and I feel stupid for not figuring this out back there....
Did I drop the ball? (pre-order shenanigans)

Usually the store requires a 5 dollar deposit and you pay the balance when picking up the game.

Yes you can pay the game off in advance. I preordered the CE and paid it off a month ago.

Well I feel stupid...Im not sure if I already paid and what to do about it..
Now Im having MORE trouble..I cant figure out how to get the Terminus armor stuff. I pre-ordered, and the codes I have only give me the DLC for Zaeed and the Normandy Crash site.
PLEASE help me somebody...

All I got was the box, and inside was the Cerberus network card...I even tried entering the code on the back of the manual, and I still didnt get the Terminus armor stuff..
WTF is going on?...

Did you... not have the receipt from the preorder? You're supposed to show them that when you go to pick it up. Otherwise you're supposed to present photo ID if you forgot it.
If you didn't do either of those, they probably thought you just wanted a new copy.

I showed them my ID because I KNOW I got a receipt and I lost it.
