Without spoiling it, there is choice in IBs personal quest that appears to have the effect of removing certain war table missions immediately.

This is all well and good in terms of choice and consequence, but it may bugged (in that it made the advisor card assigned if the operation was ongoing disappear).

I don't know if there's a way of recovering without tinkering with the console.
