Aveline hated my guts and said she was going to leave  Kirkwall and I gave Fenris back to his tevinter master  but the keep says that's a conflict. How is that a conflict when that is what I did in the game?

If you give Fenris back to Danarius, Aveline stays with you in the final battle no matter what. Her tile on refers to what she does at the end of the game, not to what she planned to do afterwards.

But in  haven  Varric said she stayed in Kirkwall after. The tile said Aveline was good friends which is why she stayed with hawk which is not the case.

 I don't know it just not seem right. So if Fenris is there and  she hates you she does not show up?

I take issue with this too, OP.

On the bright side, they changed the tile (I think?) so it doesn't imply Aveline had to be on good terms with Hawke - just that she stayed.
I can accept that her duty to Kirkwall came before her personal feelings about Hawke. Still unhappy about it, though.
