Hello, BioWare
I preordered the CE of ME2 a while ago, and today I picked up the game, eager to play, but the guy at EB Games (Gamestop) said that they had only received PC codes for the preorders, so I didn't get one as I had bought the Xbox 360 version.
Is there any way you can help me out with this? I can take a picture of my game and my receipt. I'm from Ontario, Canada.
I understand if you can't, but you guys are an awesome company and I hope you can help.

The gamestop code should link to an EA account, and work for either pc or 360. Mine did. When i entered the code there was a download button. I checked out what it wanted to download just out of curiousity and it said me2. something or other. I was able to download it on my 360 (however i havent gained access to it in game, not sure if you have to research to them or something)

Go back to gamestop and tell them, might want to call first and make sure the person who was there at midnight is working when you do, for the best chance at him/her remembering you. Or just talk to the manager, they almost always get more code cards than they have pre orders for anyway, so it really should not be a problem getting a card. (now, after a few days the code might be used - employees are notorious for ganking them at several of the local stores here in my area anyway)

Call them and get them to give you the code over the phone. I had to do teh same thing after my wife picked up our preorder, and the dude at GameStop lied and told her it was 'in the box'. Type it in to the social site here while on the phone, and don't let them go until it's verified and added here. Hurry, or he'll give all the codes to friends, or pocket them for eBay.
Edit: You didn't happen to buy it in Burlington, Ontario did you? That's where we bought ours...
