I used to play a browser game called Ogame, where I ran an alliance with a friend. My username there was Anubis (after the character from Stargate SG:1 rather than Egyptian mythology itself). As we were not a particularly powerful alliance at the time we couldn't afford to anger larger players. So when some of our players did such, and I had to both put up with the anger and try to play diplomat with these larger players/alliances (which I hated) I would then tell our players off in alliance chat. After one such rant I ended the message with my username like I often did, but I added Big Evil before Anubis. The nickname stuck.
And now I'm a supervillain.

I was browsing DAO art on deviant. Than what do I see ? The most awesome Ogre Art ever made ! So I tell myself - Holy Pug ! This is IT ! .. I need this one for BSN !!
But my nickname did not compute well with the cool art. So I changed both my Icon and my nname.. Ogre .. and because of my superior originality I went with SMASH !!
One week later .. Already bored with the best Ogre fan art ever made and replaying through HL2. I wanted a cool GMAN icon. But sadly I need to wait to change my nickname again for 20 more days.
And all of this(above) .. is me having too much free time lol

My username changes semi-frequently but the common theme derives from this:
This left Beelzebub shivering.

Endurium was used as starship fuel in the first Starflight game (inspiration for Mass Effect). Prior to the second Starflight it was discovered Endurium was a unique form of life, so its use as fuel was discontinued, and a new fuel was used instead.

Dominus is the Latin word for master or owner. As a title of sovereignty the term under the Roman Republic had all the associations of the Greek Tyrannos; refused during the early principate, it finally became an official title of the Roman Emperors under Diocletian (this is where the term dominate, used to describe a political system of Roman Empire in 284-476, is derived from). Dominus, the French equivalent being "sieur", was the Latin title of the feudal, superior and mesne, lords, and also an ecclesiastical and academical title. The ecclesiastical title was rendered in English "sir", which was a common prefix before the Reformation for parsons, as in Sir Hugh Evans in Shakespeare's Merry Wives of Windsor. The academical use was for a Bachelor of Arts, and so is still used at the University of Cambridge[citation needed] and other universities. The shortened form "dom" is used as a prefix of honor for ecclesiastics of the Catholic Church, and especially for members of the benedictine and other religious orders.
It used to have Vita at the end of the name, but I gave up on life. I have a thing for creepy latin names, and it fit. Though as you can see near the end, it's also used in more holy matters as well.

I forgot to mention you ate their burnt flesh afterwards.
But that's too much, don't you think? ;-)
As for mine?
Simpsons - sim
Family guy - fam
South Park - SP
Used to be a big fan of them before.
And here I thought you like playing The Sims... I am disappointed.
As for my username, I am Dutch, I am female, and I wanted to change my avatar to a picture of a regal-looking lady (this is Jane Seymour from The Tudors). I then got the idea to put "Dutch" in the word "duchess" and felt far too clever for coming up with that. ![]()

I used to rock a trench coat in high school long before those two Colorado scum brats ruined the style. As I'm sure you all know Silent Bob from the movie Clerks wears a trench coat and Jay calls him Lunch Box thus my friends started calling me Lunch Box. It became my gamer tag and 15 years later I still answer to Lunch Box. The 1912 I have my reasons, I'll spare you the details on that though.

Mine is a bit story. I've been on Bioware forums since BG. But under a different name.
Two things put an end to that. EA, plus myself, messing up with an early version of Origin. Basically, I managed to mis-spell my email address when having to register an EA-account. I tried to correct that mistake, but got only the total catch-22 treatment from EA customer support. (I even tried to acquire that spelling as a valid email from my I.P.s)
Those were the days...
Eventually, I came to need an EA-account with valid email, in order to connect Origin so I could play ME2 and DA2. I wasn't about to try another round with EA support, so I saw no other way than creating a new account with a valid email-adress. Thus was bEVEsthda born.
I was already a longtime EA-hater. And that EA-the-great-ruiner now had purchased my precious Bioware was a considerable cause for alarm and misgivings. Well, it didn't take long. Along came DA2
.
This meant that Bethesda now was the only good thing left (and Infinity Ward, of course). I wanted my new Bioware name to reflect my change of allegiance and loyalty. It then seemed my own name could be a good place to start. So I threw in a bit of my real name and jumbled some letters and came up with Bevesthda, which, to me, seemed like it would cause people to always be reminded of Bethesda.
Then, when I started to type it in, I did so with caps lock on. So it came out bEVE... I liked it, despite that I wanted people to take me for a guy, because it reminded me of EVE-online which I had played a good deal. So I kept it like that. bEVEsthda.
