Is there any way to sell/buy multiple items like 10+ or 100+ without having to hit buy/sell button as many times? (PC)

You mean unique items? I don't think so, no. Have to click each and every one. Work that index finger.

Well Everything like 100 Elfroot or so... usualy one could use CTRL ALT SHIFT or whatever and get a popup and state how much you want.... but seems not implemented

Why would you want to sell crafting ingredients anyway? They won't take up inventory space.
