I definitely think it's easy to make a pretty dwarf. In fact, I think I can make a better looking dwarf than I can any other race, to be honest. Although to be fair, I've only ever created one human female and it was just to tinker with the CC. I didn't even start the game with her.

What is dwarfy looking? Or elfy looking? I try to pretty much make all of my characters look human--human is what we find attractive after all. I mean, Kili from the Hobbit is the "attractive" dwarf because he basically looks human, right?
Which is funny cause I was much more attracted to Thorin.

Honestly? I think all the Dwarves look pretty, especially when compared to Origins.
I like to think my Dwarf is pretty...Pretty manly, but still pretty! 
(too bad the area where the tattoos meet the hair makes it look like he's wearing tape on his face but still!)

My first Cadash ever, Tanja. She is the biggest Grinch(Thanks Ted Mosby) in Thedas.
Then, there is Velm. I'm not sure how I'm going to play her yet. But I do know that she's going to be a hardcore dwarven conservative
And lastly, my newest Cadash, Sÿfreid. She's a playful andrastian dwarf but she is veeeery wary of mages.

Bah. I think anyone who has trouble making a Dwarf look the way they want is just someone who isn't that great at using the CC. You can make a huge variety of faces in any race. I tried to make my Dwarf look like me (there was no similar hair though)

Don't have a picture, but my "canon" quizzy is a post-menopausal female dwarf (complete with an "old lady beard").
I'm genetically incapable of making "pretty" characters, so I opt to create characters with a lot of "character."
