I'm pretty damn happy with Liudvika Cadash. She's an assassin and an archery rogue. I've never rolled an archer in Dragon Age before, but after falling in love with it in Skyrim I gave it a shot in DAI. I really enjoy it.

Isn't she pretty?
I feel like this is how someone would look after a lifetime of violence in the Carta. Helga's got no sweetness, just an eternal scowl. And yes, she does have a "beard" as a proper lady dwarf should.
Her romance will be Sera, whom she'll toss aside like garbage after she's tires of her, which I assume will be rather quickly.
I just wish we had beard options such as:

Or:
I have created two dwarfette.
I like both, but I have a little problem at deciding wich one play first...
Coru Cadash. Strong, rough, andrastian. Very no-nonsense.

And Tithen Cadash. Funny goody good girl with a little weakness for money.

I created my first two dwarves yesterday. I like the first one (Maia), but she looked to much like a human female, IMO. But I'm in love with my second dwarf Sari.
Here's Maia
And here's Sari

Where does it say so? Definitely not Dragon Age lore.

Nope, not Dragon Age lore indeed, but D&D and Tolkien universes do have bearded Dwarven ladies. They are pretty cool once you get used to the idea though! ![]()
Here are some examples:

I'm glad not everything from the other lores has to be copied into DA then.
I personally still can't see the appeal behind bearded females. Might just not be my taste.

Except DAI does allow female dwarves to have stubble:

But no glorious beards, so DAI is just half-assing it...although with the sad Santa beards male dwarves must endure, I can't say I'm surprised.

DA:I was the first one to do that while being the third installment. Just because it's in the game doesn't mean it's something good. We had no bearded females in all of Orzammar and I really hope it's just optional in the CC.
But again, that's just me. Not that I'll convince BioWare to not give their next major dwarven female character a beard.
Edit: The two last pics are my fav :-).I think my dwarf is stunning which surprised me lol. I think she is adorable and I love her little buck teeth haha.
That's the most unique female dwarf I have ever seen. I can never make that hairstyle or mouth work but she's totally rocking them both.
Helga. Buckteeth + dwarf = win
I wanted her look a little older. Since the BE came out I've added scars (which aren't pictured here) because I figure life in the Carta would leave anyone a little scarred.

I do love the level of detail in the "imperfect" skin complexions:
Larger pictures and longer load times:

She's got her eyes set on Iron Bull, of course. That's what you do when you play a dwarf!
I don't know... I think I could go for some stylish sideburns with braids.
Maybe with ribbons...
No, the ribbons might be too much.
My female dwarf warrior : Went for a little more human features.
THIS is nice
These are adorable. Great job.
Funny. I find dwarf girls the easiest.
All these great looking dwarves!! Here's my contribution.
Alcina Cadash, SnS champion warrior

I had no trouble making a pretty dwarf
Here's Kyana, modeled on one of my wardens:

Looking a little angry at the situation:
