...(involving Darius) is available only with a high level of renegade. Am I correct ? That's what I found in Mass Effect Wiki but I don't know whether this site is always 100% accurate.

High level of paragon or renegade.

You need a high level of Renegade bar (75% I think) to unlock the mission. The planet will open up at 75% (I think) Paragon bar full -- which is what is required to unlock the Paragon-only mission.

IIRC you need more than 75% Renegade if you have unlocked/done the Paragon mission

My Shepard has a full bar of paragon. I can land on the planet, but I can't access the mission (I can't enter into the building).

Edit : I'm confused, what is the paragon-only mission ?

The facility with drugged researchers. You have to avoid killing them alongside the terrorists .

Yes, UNC Besieged Base is what that one is called.

As pointed out above, I think that the requirements for the morality aligned missions go up a little if you unlocked the other.  Like 80-85%.

I generally just max both (via Qui'in exploit or console) so I will get both missions.

I play on consoles but I haven't done yet the Noveria mission so I may use the Qui'in glitch. Does it permit to get a full bar of renegade ?

Also, more generally, is there an other mission in ME1 you can access only under certain conditions ?

The Quin glitch can increase both your renegade and/or paragon scores. It is available on all platforms. Here is a demonstration of the glitch used to bump up my renegade score.

If you are looking to increase your paragon score, there is another glitch available that is even easier to use. Here is a demonstration of the Elatania Pyjak glitch.

Garrus's "loyalty mission" (i.e. Dr. Heart) will only show up after you talk to him about Dr. Heart. The various Cerberus missions will only show up after Admiral Kohoku calls you. There are probably a few other missions that only show up after they are "discovered" through one mechanism or another.

^This is awesome information, thanks a lot. I already did the mission on Eletania so I assume it's too late (anyway I would refuse to shoot a pyjak  !).

Yes Garrus "loyalty" mission and some Cerberus ones are conditional too. Actually I already did almost all side-quests but I'm kinda completionist so I want to be sure to not miss anything, not even a mineral lol.

Your background assignment is locked too at the start. I wonder if switching my background (with the console) after doing one of them allows me to do another one ?

U could use the checklist wich is very helpfull to track everything.

Are u going to keep harvesting minerals/medaillon/writings  after completng the assignment ?

I had trouble stopping collecting stuffs :D.

On the Darius mission, i was pissed off and diplomacy/paragon options sucked, so ...

But Is it possible to end it without violence ? It feels like it s a desperate cause

Nice link Alfonse ! So far I was using this site, eventually completed by this one (both in french). I have printed the table of contents and, when I complete a mission, I cross out it with a pen.

When I completed the assignments for minerals / medaillons..., I wanted to stop collecting all those items, because, to be honest, this isn't of much interest. But, when I'm on a planet, I just can't leave it without collecting all the stuff so I see what you're talking about :D .

I think that you can end The negotiation mission without violence if you accept all Darius' conditions. But I have watched a video of this mission and killing him is very tempting so my paragon Shepard will maybe change his usual way of solving problems for Darius.

He will also kill the asari scientist on Virmire to prevent her murdering asari militaries in ME3.

No you can't ! You meet her during Grunt recruitment mission but you can't kill her, she escapes before you get a chance to shoot her.

Argh Alfonse you will have to replay ME1   :P !

You can end it wiout violence, but even Hackett will facepalm at that solution.

Yeah.  And the dialogue path needed to get there is worth experiencing at least once.

If you want to play both morality-dependent missions, play as a renegade Shepard and use the monkey trick. With both bars 80% filled, you get both assignments.
