So I made a staff with fade touched onyx and was pleasantly surprised that the proc (chain lightning) did not seem to have any friendly fire. Anyone else notice this, or are my characters just so buff at this point they don't notice?

None of the Masterwork enchantments cause friendly fire.
It's an in-game design I guess.

Masterwork enchantments don't trigger friendly fire.
