I was just playing some runs, LearnedHand and myself in NM. All of a sudden Hrungr shows up. I was like "Whoa hey what's up Hrungr? Don't think I have ever played with ya man."

We were having some really good runs trying to get him his experienced rogue challenge done so he can open his chests ;D

Definitely fun showing off my Reaver to a BSNer I have never played with

Thanks for carrying my Hunter through those NM matches! It was only my 3rd run with the Hunter, so I was still learning how to play it. But with your Reaver slaughtering everything in sight, I could have (and probably should have) just napped through those matches... 

 

With DragonRacer's warning that the good chest would only cough up Dragon Armor if you didn't have them all, I figured I'd better grind through that last 100K xp to get the Rogue achievement.

I don't run into BSNers much these days, then again I'm fearful of pugging NM ever since that 3 hour fiasco.

Scrolling through here and saw this, then I realized we had some easy games together today.

Had a couple of good games with Heroic Mass on the weekend.  The Bahstad edged me out by mere points in both games on the scoreboard.......not that the scoreboard matters....

This weekend I ran matches with more BSN posters than I ever had.

 

 I'm sure its due to Smurf's invites mostly. Most notable but not limited to; Aggrojag & Leafy.  This Saturday the lag was fairly noticable and trying to hammer away with my Avaar got to be a chalenge. No precise timed attacks for the ol' Uncle Fester Mefesto warrior that day. HB the day before that. All I can do is echo what Smurf messaged me, the Dragon matches are just a tad easier. Yes being the only one left in a room with the RTC & Colon Commander is not fun. Running out of the area was not the best choice with Red Lyrium spewing Goons  gaurding the way out. Can anyone say triangulated cross fire? Stupid Bear. 

 

 I remember seeing Starrks in a couple of matches and Romulanruler.

 

  I was running with Anarker, Developement Ken & TOYz some last night. Just for the record I state it here,TOYz was not running with a level 20 at the time.

No idea what's going on with the lag  DragonRacer had same problem connecting to me on the exp+ weekend.  Shame as it kind of spoils it.  Wasn't always like this.

 

Maybe it's because I'm in the UK but it really shouldn't matter.   Weekend lag because of server stress?  (and I mean server ...not servers) cheapskates at EA

 

K_A_Rnage simply cannot play with me, we tried a few times a while back, but that Australian network....

 

I've played with people in USA and Japan on other games.  Just so disappointing.

I actually need to be nice to my Scottish friends on here.  Since my heritage is half Scot/half Brit you never know when I will decided to take a 1st time trip to Scotland.  And thus I'd need someone to buy me a beer or three.

Is true, seeing many more BNS'er these days. If I don't recall some names correctly, my apologies. Besides, I'm big on nick names anyway. Being that I'm positive I am surely one of the older gamers posting here, my feeble mind has a way of trying to remember names in its own way.

We all know the issue with lag. It's not just a cross region issue.

Despite the game having that somewhat worn out feeling to it, I still enjoy playing. If you game with me nowadays, I am usually players the characters not played to 250. Still having some L2P issues there.

As for Scotland, I was stationed there for a short while in the Navy. At Holy Lock the rain really did come down basically horizontal!.

Last night was the most dead I ever encountered. Ran into the same 3-4 people in pubs all night. One of them though was Syandra. And what is that I see him using on the templar with a crooked skinny blade? Crescent's Shadow!

Did a few matches with Reading Rambo 220 last night.   I have like 12 people on my firends list now but it seems like 99% of the time no one is on.

That's an interesting stat, because that's also the number of people who are not directly related to each other too!

It's good to see more BSN people joining games (though probably indicative of a shrinking pool of players) most of them have more of an idea of what to do when s*it gets real!

 

The HB matches are fun, certainly requiring more attention than the Peri/NM ones, but too many in a row can all get a bit intense

 

During one of the HB matches, think we pulled the Vents, I literally got forced through a wall in the finale due to all the Demon Commander spam!

 

I should also apologise to Coff as I am pretty sure that I did manage to kill him during a confuse arrow moment (it was totally intentional mind you), the others have so far proven to be more slippery and not been ganked yet

Yeah last night was so dead. I'm used to seeing at least 6 or 7 people on my friends list playing until semi-late but it's just been so quiet :/ lately it seems like pugs are either braaaaand new or names I recognize from the forums/leaderboards.
