I've just realised Shadohz is on here. Back on ME3 I didn't mind running into people I recognised as I could usually hold my own and not embarrass myself. Usually.

Unfortunately in damp I am a scrub of the lowest order, and in this case Shadohz dropped in on wave 5 red Templars just in time to see me bleed out. In my defence, it was the third time I had fought that particular wave, with the RTC glitching out twice in a row, and me and the last surviving original pug decided to wipe rather than risk another do over. Sorry about that. I remember we played another game right after but I can't remember how it went.

Bumped into kinom Playing legionnaire in a very laggy game. But still was able to finish.

Yeah, I saw some jittering during the game and figured there was some latency going on.

 

In spite of what? The lag? Or Kinom?

Heeeey....ok, that's actually a fair point, but I'm going to say we made it through despite lag. I hope I wasn't the host. I'd actually feel a little bad about dragging a BSN'er through a laggy game.

Played a couple of Threatening games with SofaJockey. We had a few close calls but finished both matches. Then everyone abandoned me

I have played with Robbie and the only other memp name i played with was juggernuggs.  Seems like many xboxers stayed with the 360 rather than the one.

It feels like the opposite to me. Out of the ME3 players I know, it's only Randall, Purpguy and me that has it on 360.

Played a few pretty smooth games with hellbiter88. He was leveling lol-elementalist and I was leveling lol-keeper starting from level 1. I think, we went to level 14 together with various pugs rotating. The run was quite lucky for me as I got agony from the chest after cashing in. Also, got my second moon axe. Salvaged the first and got imperial vestment cotton from its rune.

Just ran into akots for a Threatening/Venatori that went pretty smoothly, especially 5/5, with an Elementalist dropping Firestorm and Necromancer Horrifying everything coming in the door. We just sat back with our bows and plinked the mooks who made it through. Kinda nice to take a break on a win but I gotta watch Blacklist.

Yes, a smooth game but very-very laggy in my case. I think, when we are in the same lobby, a host must have a bad connection to me.

 

Also later bumped into hellbiter88 again. I think he was playing keeper with both static cage and disruption field. Anyhow, was not paying much attention as I played lol-templar for easy two-button win mode on silver.

 

I'm having trouble playing after 10.15 or 10.30 pm Eastern local time. Before that, all is reasonable. After that exact time, host migration always fails, game heartbeat is constantly iffy, and I'm experiencing rather heavy lag in most of the games. Also, when spawning in GiP I'm always locked out of powers 100% of the time.

Played this time on kinom's host three lol-bronze games doing the challenges with low level characters I'm not comfortable bringing to silver. Actually, the host is pretty decent for me and the games were very smooth, nobody died iirc.

Woo-hoo! I was kinda curious how the hosting was. Good to know that latency wasn't too much of an issue.

 

Those were some pretty smooth games. Granted, it was Routine and everyone seemed to know how to play their character but that's generally when things get squirrelly.

 

I hated to bail, since the team was actually working together pretty well, but I had to take care of a couple of household things real quick.

I almost got a game with Altbouli the other day, but game crashed back to start screen after the lobby formed.  I was like "ahhmagodd he's forum-famous, finally I get to play with somebody from the forums"  then bam, instant start screen crash.

I run into people all the time during DAIMP. But since the most recent patch, it's much less annoying than it used to be... wait did I miss the point here?
