I did one play through an midway through I decided I didn't like my characters face but still stuck through an finished it. Now I'm trying to start a new one an I can't finish the tutorial cause I keep finding something I don't like about the dudes face, I have like serious OCD. Lol is anyone else going through this?
I seriously hope they buff up this creator in a update they have the same hairstyles for female and male Elves, Dwarfs, and Humans. I mean come on they should have at least gave extra to next-gen and PC
Anyone else having this problem?

I have done. I get through the tutorial and then think, "I'm just not that into you, sorry." and proceed to start another. This combined with my inability to sit through another 100 hours is making it really difficult for me to get into another play through.

I pedantically note down the CC slider positions during CC.
During the prologue if lip shine is not right or eye position,
I'll restart but using the same settings, just adjusting the one/two that is problematic.
That way I'm not making more problems by creating a different also not acceptable face.
I've been very happy with all three faces and I have their setting noted in case I want to replay them.
