Hi! I created a worldstate a few days prior to DAI's release (without importing) and used it for my first playthrough successfully. AFAIK everything was fine during this playthrough, my choices were reflected properly.

 

Now, i started a new game, never touched the keep in the meantime, and suddenly all choices are in chaos! I only realized when Leliana talked about romancing a male warden, while in reality the warden was female. Many other choices also changed without me doing anything keep-related.

 

I'm very annoyed by this, having to check all decisions again, and having to hope nothing breaks this time. The prologue is not so interesting that I have to play it twice in quick succession

I have the same issue. Except that I didn't catch it until 70 hours in - because there was no way to catch it. 

 

I loaded in my world state with both a female Warden and a female Hawke. Everything seemed fine. The game gave me female Hawke when it came time for that, all of Varric's information about her checked out. 

 

Suddenly when Morrigan is talking about the Warden though, he's a male and she was apparently in a romance with him. 

 

I don't even have a world state with a male Warden and a female Hawke so where the heck did the game decide this information came from? 

 

I'm also fairly certain that pre-patch, mentions of the Hero of Ferelden had called her female. 

 

Edit: Okay, apparently this is a bug with DAI and not a bug with the keep. Thank goodness. I did not want to have to redo 70  hours but I was going to do it because I hated Morrigan with a passion.

Bug related to stabbing Morrigan being stabbed being inturpretted as going through the mirror. Heard it was fixed in patch two, but might require a new game to address. No idea on OP's issue.
