Just bought ME2 and wanted to make sure i the important DLC's to complete the story.

Turns out Bioware wants to charge us 3x as much for ONE dlc compared to how much the actual game costs,

this is outrageous and nothing short of greed and abuse !.

I paid 4.99€ for the game, which is more then enough considering how much you ruined the triology with the massivly

failed ending on ME3,  but when i have to spend 15€ to buy 2 DLC's, you have pretty much charged me 3x as much

for much MUCH less content.

It would be like me selling you a car for 50.000$, but then i charge you 150.000$ for stereo, better engine and aluminium brims

to make the car more complete..

Not only that.... But the DLC's aren't even ON ORIGIN for sale.. you ARE FORCED TO BUY BW-points ....

It's a scam dude. You pay $5 for a game then $50 for it's dlc. It's like buying something from ebay for $1 and paying $75 shipping. Apparently both Bioware and EA are okay with this... even though consoles get their dlc discounted all the time.

Here's another reason to be pissed of at Bioware & EA.

Console-gamers can buy their DLC's straight through the network.  But PC-gamers who buys the game through Steam or ORIGINS,

has to buy BIOWARE points on biowares site and THEN buy the damn DLCs.   And ontop of that,  console-gamers gets frequent discounts on

the DLC's for the games, while PC-gamers almost never gets them...  I haven't seen one.

I bought ME2 on Steam...  There's no DLC's on Steam..

I am registered on Origins and have 3 games, but there's NO DLC's on Origins for any Mass Effect.  And Origin is EA's OWN BRAND.. WTF is up with that?.

It really makes no sense. As you said, consoles have DLC on sale all the time. And yet PC gamers don't... I can't even use the 20% OFF code on Origin to buy these stupid points. And there's absolutely no way I'm spending $50 to get DLC for a 4 year old game. It's insanity.

It's a cash cow that Bioware set up for themselves which EA kept. Until finally people complained and they listened.

Bioware could offer a "Dealer's Choice" option to buyers:

"Are you a kid convincing your parents that you absolutely need $20 to buy a bunch of

Bioware Points so you can expand your favorite game? Click here."

"Are you an adult with half a brain who realizes it is crazy to pay full price for DLC on a

game you purchased at about 10 cents on the dollar? Click here."
