I finished that game and I am supposed to get a bonus in ME2.
What is it? Where do I get it? How do I get it?

It also tells you in the ME:G game, that you'll get bonus content.
Once you've beaten the game, from the main page, click the Extras button on the lower right, and then the Stay Informed button at the top. If you've not already, you'll be prompted to log in to your EA account (if I remember correctly). If you have done so, there's a message saying this:
"Your reward for completing the game is already waiting for you in Mass Effect 2."
However, I've not received an email from EA with a promo code, so I am curious as well, on how we're supposed to get this "reward."

I have been wondering the same thing as well. I did complete it but so far I have had no sign or hint of me playing ME:G. We need a dev. on this topic

Either EA and BioWare have not "turned on" our reward yet, it's so subtle that we didn't notice, or it doesn't exist.
Jacob does talk with Shepard about his ME:G mission. Maybe that's the reward. We're "rewarded" for knowing what Jacob was talking about- or maybe Jacob only talks about this if we play Galaxies. This way, the "bonus" is Jacob having a broader backstory.
Does he speak of saving the Citadel if you HAVEN'T played Galaxies?

From a DEV post in the PC troubleshooting forums, apparently your reward is a conversation between Jacob and Miranda, given you have both in your party. Not sure how to make sure it's tied into your account tho.
Kinda sucks, I was hoping for a piece of armor or something, not a gay conversation. Oh well

Yeah, I am quite disappointed with the reward... kind of a cop out IMO. It should at least be another alternate uniform for Miranda and Jacob or something!
