Honestly though, this new feature is a terrific idea. It adds so much roleplay and replay value. It also excellently adds the mood of how big the Inquisition actually is, whether it's assisting commoners or nobles, forging alliances or breaking some, gathering resources or save cities. One series I have in mind is the Identifying the Venatori Agent series, it was interesting choosing how you gather the information then attempt to piece it together to figure out the best solution. Also some missions pop up based on choices you've made, like judgements; if you choose to make x a tranquil, some controversy will rise and you can choose how to deal with it (may I point out it even took in account that I was a mage which according to Cullen made negotiations a bit smoother).
I'd really like to see some of these war table's consequences as a cinematic sequence though, it would've boosted immersion immensely. I really hope Bioware decides to revisit this concept.
These war table missions are the most fun I've had in a while

I actually rather enjoyed them too. Would prefer it if some of them didn't disappear after a certain amount of time, and we could spend Power to allow us to do more than 3 opperations at once.
I'd be up for seeing this explored and expanded on in the future. As long as it didn't limit the amount of actual sidequests we had. ![]()

Oh! And Agent-specific operations, there is one I'm aware of
As for the bolded part, that's a decent idea I think, lots of spare power that's really useless at the current point of my game

I enjoyed many of the small stories in there, and the way it played off the imagination as opposed to showing things… but it did annoy me more that none of them had any real impact.

Mostly because they are either the resolution of a choice you made, or they resolve themselves. That being said there are some that have impact as they can decide whether you get an agent or not, there's also one that leads to
As I said though, would've loved more cinematic things tied to the missions, but for a start what we got was great!

Sometimes they did. I mean, you opened up a lot of zones. Lots of times exploring you had to go back and rely on the inquisition. Or do you mean story impact?
