On http://dragonage3.wi....com/Schematics, It says that you get the schematic for the Masterwork Sentinel Shield from the quest "Negotiate a Deal for Weapon Plans."  I just finished it today and it showed that I earned it for a reward, but when I went to craft it and when I checked my inventory, I did not have the schematic.  Has this happened to anyone before and is there another way to get it?

I just completed that mission last night as well.  But everything worked as designed for me, so I can't give any advice on a solution.  I'm on PS4 if that helps.

I am using a PS3 and used Leliana for the mission.

You get it by using Josaphine instead of Leliana on the war table mission for the requisition officer. Leliana nets you the Anderfel Cleaver Schematic. The formation shield seems better anyways.

Thanks!  I'll make sure to pick Josephine next time.  I agree; the formation shield seems better than the cleaver.  I don't use Iron Bull enough to even make use of the Anderfel Cleaver Schematic.
