 I am down to 8 achievements to unlock and 2 of them seem to be glitched or I am just not getting them done correctly. The 2 I can't seem to get are Focused ( Spend 10 points in a single ability tree with any one single-player character ) and Peerless (Level up the Inquisition to rank 10). I have finished the game twice with a 20 level mage and I think higher then that Rogue. My Inquisition rank was way above 10 in both games and I have a few skill trees max out with all abilities and upgrades as well. I can not figure out why these will not open for me. Has anyone else had any problems with unlocking these?

Not these two, but other achievements yes, so it wouldn't surprise me if these were glitched as well.

One of my locked achievements yet is "recruit all companions", which to my knowledge I have done.   Unless there is some hidden companion somewhere that I have never heard of.

Pathfinder for some, and Dragon's Bane for many (myself included). My in-game entry (Collections->High Dragons) says 10/10, while the Xbox achievement counter says 5/10.

One of my locked achievements yet is "recruit all companions", which to my knowledge I have done.   Unless there is some hidden companion somewhere that I have never heard of.

 My daughter couldn't get this one. She finally unlocked it after siding with the Mages and then fully recruiting Cole at Skyhold. It wouldn't work for her on her Templar one and then recruiting Dorian. It might work for you too.

 

 I am down to the Hard and Nightmare ones, marked for greatness, key master ( I get tired of picking up so many figgin shards, did they really need to have that many?!?), Star Gazer (but will have it soon since I need only 3 more, Dragons Bane (which sounds like it is impossible to get right now) and the 2 above.

 

 One the Dragon subject, my first play it was counting on the Dragon Bane but couldn't unlock the Wyrmslayer  Even after killing 4. I Ended up deleting that game and starting a new character and it unlocked for me. So maybe that could help you too?

It does some weird things with Dragon's Bane, it ignored Greater Mistral for starters, and when I killed Hivernal, the counter went from 4 to 1.

Wow that is pretty messed up. Mine is just stuck at six, since I haven't killed more then that. I guess I will leave it alone and only hunt for the fun of it until they patch it (hopefully).

Stargazer and Marked for Greatness should work, as does the Keymaster though you need every shard in the game to get in the temple sanctum.

Dragons bane for me too. Not too worried about it since people keep saying it usually unlocks on the 2nd playthrough.

Also- the recruit 10 inquisition agents was definitely bugged. Had to recruit nearly 15 before it popped.

I do think a lot of bugs come from siding with the Templars. Sided with the mages the first time through and it didn't seem nearly as bugged as it is for others so I'm wondering if that has something to do with it.

I mean really who thought it was a nice idea to make us mario jump for endless hours to get one achievement and some elemental resistance? Also the oasis is easily the worst area in the game.

I'm having pathfinder glitch for me on the 360.  Unlocked camps in every area but no achievement.  I've heard starting a new playthrough and unlocking one camp has worked for some.  Here's hoping ...

I completed keymaster, but I am a sucker for achievements on a second playthrough if I don't complete everything on my first.

 

The only achievement that bugged out for me was Dragon's Bane, in the game it showed 10/10, but Origin didn't give me credit.  I sided with the Templars on that playthrough too.

I had no glitches with achievement unlocking but one: Doom Upon All the World, funny isn't it?!

Luckily, I don't really bother about achievements, but to know that my game did not recognized that I finished it.. well it's kind of disturbing

i killed the 10 high dragons and never got the achievement, glad it's not just me, i thought maybe there was an order i had to kill them in or something, and that maybe i messed up, but if others are not getting the achievement either then it must be a glitch and not me messing up, hope it gets fixed at some point

One of my story trophies is glitched out (the one where you summon mythal) even though I've completed it and am onto the final story quest.

That's the only one I've noticed glitched right now but I suspect the trophy for harvesting from skyhold garden may be glitched as well.

No worries, I still need another play though on nightmare to platinum anyway so it's nbd but my timestamps are fucked up now. It will show that I beat the game before I finished that one story mission.

To everyone who had the Dragons Bane bug: many players report that if you load a previous save and go to kill a dragon (like the one in the Hinterlands which is the easiest) than your achievement will unlock. Therefore you can avoid the pain to kill all of them again.

not sure a previous save would work for me, i save over my save alot, and sadly i killed most of the dragons quite earlish in game, just that stupidly hard 1 i killed last, it seemed to be immune to everything including regular meelee attacks, it's health took forever to go down

Dragon's Bane is the only one that's been glitched for me. The two you mention, I've gotten. Focused fairly early (like a few hours into my first playthrough) and Peerless in my first playthrough. But who knows? There are definitely achievement glitches. Dragon's Bane has been an issue for other people I know.

The 'glitched' dragon is believed to be the Crestwood one.

It is because the crestwood one isn't a High Dragon, I think.

I got both of the ones you mention there no problem, so if you've done those things and haven't gotten them I'd say you are bugged. I didn't get the one for leveling a character to 20 in a single playthrough, but I am guessing it's because she leveled up after the last battle? Going to try to get to 20 before then and see if it will go this time.

If you look inside Collections in your Journal and not in Origin you will see that it counts. Many players had 10/10 kills inside their journal and 9/10 in Origin.

Yes, but it does not count towards the achievement. (If you are on Xbox One, you can track that yourself from the achievements app.)

 

The achievement tracker and the in-game trackers are two different things.
