The one that only sells the one box of mystery loot.
I stumbled onto him during my second play through, while looking for the 3 things for the Red Jenny quest.
I've already played the game once so I wouldn't care about a spoiler, but to keep this spoiler-free, can someone tell me if its worth the money, or if there is another way to earn the loot other than paying his ridiculous price?
I tried looking for the answer to this everywhere and can't find.

If your a completionist, its worth it. As doing Tier 3 Schematic farming, you can snag some Level 20+ items commons and sell those for profit. Making more then 10k within the hour.
