So I've seen a few suggestions on how to fix the fact that I can't import my Keep file, but all of those are on PC. I've checked my internet, I've checked my origins log in, and I'm not exactly sure what I should do because I don't want to start a new game with the default world state.

 

It worked before and now I don't know why it won't.

So when you get to the worldstate selection bit it doesnt ask if you want to import a custom one?
