I'd go the classic Salarian Infiltrator with the claymore. Good damage output, good debuff with the proximity mine and good survivability with energy drain. Is it the ABSOLUTE best? No, but I feel like I whenever I play him I always say that he would be the one I would stick with if I could go with only one kit.

Probably the Turian Sentinel with the Arc Pistol, a great all round kit with top notch damage output too. It has an answer for all defences and is good against every faction.

Easy one: Tsol. If I have to pick a weapon then claymore.

I think I would pick the Tsent too. He is not my favorite character, but he has both biotic and tech powers and he can make all weapons decent in gold.

 

By the way cato I noticed that you changed your build from 46664 to 36665. I think I also prefer a faster shield recharge speed over an additional 5% damage reduction.

The most well-rounded character in the game. Plus Turians are super sexy (just ask Techno).

One of my favorite characters to play from the time I started unlocking non-base characters. Tactical Cloak gives you a lot of flexibility to do tricksy stuff, TC-powered Dark Channel is ridiculously powerful, and Warp is the most consistently useful biotic power (primes and detonates and can be curved around corners). Because of TC, she can use any weapon without worrying about cooldowns.

While Asari Adept is my favourite kit, I'd probably pick Geth Engineer for this. Such a well-rounded kit; good mobility, wallhack, great with just about any weapon, excels at any range.

Wallhack is no longer a feature exclusive to Geth thanks to Geth Scanner hence I would choose Turian Sentinel with Geth Scanner over Geth Engineer because he has Warp and much better defense. And overall Turian Sentinel would be my second choice (after the Turian Cabal) because he can easily synchronize with a Biotic team or a Tech team.
