In one of my states I chose stabbed morrigion although she does not metion about it. Seeing as the keep is still in beta will they still need to add it or is there a bug?

My understanding is that if you started a game before patch 2 then DAI misinterprets getting stabbed as going through the mirror. I have heard that patch 2 is supposed to fix the issue so any saves started post patch 2 won't have it, but I don't know if she actually says anything about the fact that she was stabbed or not.

You'll have to restart with a new game and export your world state again.
