I had that glitch, too, on a human male. No one else in my party glitched out, but I see that Cassandra is glitching here. My Inquisitor was wearing The Taken Shape at the time.

I had the same thing happen with Haya, and yes she was wearing the new "coat"

She also used a new crafted "Encore" staff which has pretty much ALL the abilities of Zither!

 

And as you can see, "Fade Cloak" is wearing of, Haya's a necro, she doesn't have the Fade Cloak spell, nor does her staff, so I'd say it's a "gimmick" of the coat.

Well, if it is a gimmick, I don't like it since I can't see my character but enemies still can. I don't think it is though, since it only started happening in that last area during the fight with Saarath. Something about the item + area doesn't mix maybe?

Yes I was wearing it too, a crafted version of it. Cassandra was wearing it as well.

 

It only happened during the last fight and fixed itself shortly after.

But my favourite, by far, was when Varric somehow got transported into the top of that one temple level. I know it's the top because after trying to get him back to the party, he eventually fell down through the ceiling on top of Dorian. Sadly, no image of that, though it wasn't very exciting in practice compared to how it sounds when explained.

After spending way, way too much time searching for Lord Trifles Minutiae, I finally gave up and got the Elite Clientele perk, wherein I discovered that they did a very poor job making sure that the gold pile placeable intersected with the wall. Alistair's lost sock is visible in the gap. I see Wynne must have mended it for him.

What it was doing at fenharel's refuge is beyond me. Maybe it's the same one and it just gets around.
