When I first saw my very first character look like this, I was like OMFG Did I really make her lips that big?! and I rerolled immediately. And then again. And then I got really pissed, wondering WTF happened to her lips between the CC and that cutscene. Then I figured I'd try a little further and see if she still looked that Jolie-ish. Thankfully they all look normal and I believe this is the worst I've seen any character look in the duration of the entire playthrough.

 

Yea, i was thinking that too. I was like " did i do something wrong in the CC? " but it's one of the scenes where u can't look like anything else but derp

This one was more creepy during gameplay and happened as a sequence of failed shots including mysterious hovering livestock (somehow got rough blocking stage instead of animation? lol

There's a spot in The Hinterlands where you can farm tier 3 schematics.  I really don't recommend it unless you are trying to cheese your way through subsequent playthroughs, but if you are really willing to exploit the enemy AI and then spend a lot of time farming, you can be in all tier 3 by level 4.

Vault of Valammar, I think? There is a youtube vid posted as well as a thread somewhere in the DAI forums  that shows you how/what to farm the schems.
