About the story missions after the Winter Palace (I have finished Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts) : if I start the last missions (apparently there 3 remaining), will I still be able to do some side-quests between them OR are these last missions a long roller coaster to the end game, without any possible break ?
I still have some quests to finish and some dragons to kill.

In the mission description, the last quest will say "this is the last quest finish up all of your important (inner circle) quests".
Even when you finish the main storyline, the dragons will still be there for you to kill.
